A liquid packaging machine is a machine used to measure, fill, and seal liquids into containers such as bottles, sachets, or pouches. It is commonly used in food processing, beverage production, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries for products like water, milk, juice, oil, and detergents. The machine typically consists of a liquid storage tank, a pumping or dosing system, filling nozzles, a sealing unit, and a control panel for adjusting volume and speed. Some machines are fully automatic, while others are semi-automatic.
In operation, the liquid product is first stored in a tank connected to the machine. When the machine is switched on, the dosing system measures a specific quantity of liquid and dispenses it into the container or packaging material. For sachet or pouch machines, a roll of packaging film is formed into a pouch, filled with liquid, and then sealed using heat. For bottle filling machines, containers are positioned under the nozzles, filled accurately, and then moved for capping or sealing. The process is continuous and controlled to ensure uniform filling, minimal wastage, and hygienic packaging.
