Operation:
The machine operates by securely clamping two pipe ends in alignment before a rotating facing tool trims them to create smooth, parallel surfaces. A heated plate is then inserted between the pipe ends to soften the material at a controlled temperature. After the required heating time, the plate is removed, and the pipe ends are pressed together under specified hydraulic pressure, allowing the molten surfaces to fuse into a single continuous joint. The joint is held under pressure during the cooling period until it solidifies, producing a permanent, high-strength, and leak-free connection with mechanical properties comparable to the original pipe.
