Technical Description:
The manual hand-push floor sweeper is a mechanically operated cleaning machine designed for the quick and efficient removal of dust, dirt, leaves, paper, and other loose debris from floors and paved surfaces. It typically consists of a durable frame, adjustable push handle, rotating cylindrical brushes, side brushes, wheels, and a debris collection hopper. The brushes are made from tough bristles that effectively gather debris while the machine is pushed across the surface, eliminating the need for electricity or fuel.
Operation:
The operator adjusts the handle to a comfortable height and pushes the sweeper forward at a steady walking speed. As the wheels rotate, they drive the sweeping brushes mechanically, causing them to rotate and direct dirt and debris into the collection hopper. Side brushes help collect debris from edges, corners, and along walls. Once the hopper is full, the operator stops the machine, removes or opens the collection container, empties the collected debris, and reinstalls it before continuing the sweeping operation.
