The manual cup sealing machine is a beverage packaging machine designed to seal plastic cups with a heat-sealed film lid, ensuring hygienic, leak-resistant, and tamper-evident packaging. It typically consists of a cup holder tray, film roll holder, heating and sealing mechanism, manual operating lever, temperature controller, and a sturdy metal frame. The machine is widely used in juice bars, milk tea shops, restaurants, and food service establishments for sealing cups containing beverages such as juice, yogurt, smoothies, and bubble tea.
In operation, the sealing film is mounted on the film holder and the sealing temperature is adjusted according to the film type. A filled cup is placed in the cup holder tray and positioned beneath the sealing head. The operator pulls or presses the manual lever, causing the heated sealing plate to bond the film securely to the rim of the cup. After sealing, the cup is removed and ready for serving or transportation. Regular cleaning of the sealing head and proper temperature adjustment help ensure strong seals and consistent packaging quality.
