A Meat Mincer (also known as a meat grinder) is a food processing machine used to finely chop or grind meat into smaller pieces for making products such as sausages, burgers, and minced meat. It is commonly used in homes, butcheries, restaurants, and food processing industries. The machine typically consists of a feeding tray, a screw conveyor (auger), a cutting blade, a perforated plate (grinding plate), a motor (electric or manual handle in smaller models), and a housing unit. The parts in contact with meat are usually made of stainless steel to ensure hygiene and durability.

In operation, pieces of meat are placed on the feeding tray and pushed into the machine. The rotating screw conveyor, driven by the motor, moves the meat toward the cutting blade. As the meat reaches the blade, it is chopped and forced through the holes of the perforated plate. The size of the holes determines the fineness of the minced meat—smaller holes produce finer mince, while larger holes produce coarser mince. The processed meat is then discharged through the outlet. The machine works continuously, providing fast, uniform grinding while maintaining food safety and reducing manual effort.
