The manual sealer is a compact packaging machine designed to seal plastic bags and pouches using heat and manual pressure. It typically consists of a sealing arm, heating element, sealing bar, timer control, indicator light, and a sturdy base. The machine is suitable for sealing thermoplastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminated packaging films. Its simple design, low power consumption, and ease of operation make it ideal for small businesses, retail shops, food packaging, and household use.
In operation, the open end of the bag is placed across the sealing bar and the sealing arm is pressed down manually. The heating element generates heat for a preset duration, melting and bonding the plastic layers together to create a secure seal. Once the sealing cycle is complete, the arm is released and the sealed package is removed. The operator can adjust the sealing time according to the thickness of the packaging material to ensure strong and consistent seals. Regular cleaning of the sealing surface helps maintain sealing quality and machine efficiency.
