Operation:
To operate a cut-off saw, the appropriate cutting disc is selected and securely installed according to the material being cut. The workpiece is firmly supported, and the saw is switched on to allow the blade to reach full operating speed before making contact with the material. The operator guides the rotating blade steadily along the marked cutting line while applying controlled pressure, allowing the disc to perform the cutting without excessive force. After completing the cut, the saw is switched off and allowed to come to a complete stop before being set down. The cutting disc should be inspected regularly, and the saw cleaned and stored in a dry place after use. Appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety goggles, gloves, hearing protection, and a dust mask, should always be worn during operation.
