The tabletop can be made of any material (international regulations require it to be made of solid wood), with a certain degree of elasticity. The upper surface is called the competition tabletop, which is 2.74 meters long, 1.525 meters wide, 76 centimeters from the ground, and parallel to the horizontal plane. The tabletop is dark (international competition regulations require it to be sprayed or painted with dark dark green cellulose), dull, and has 2 cm wide white lines on each side of the table, the long one is called the side line, and the short one is called the end line. There is a 3 mm wide white line in the center of the tabletop, called the center line, which divides the two table areas into left and right parts (the center line itself should be regarded as part of the right half)
