A hose crimping machine is a hydraulic or mechanical device used to permanently attach fittings (such as couplings, ferrules, or connectors) to the ends of flexible hoses. It works by applying high pressure to compress a metal sleeve around the hose and fitting, creating a tight, leak-proof joint. The machine is commonly used in industries such as hydraulics, automotive repair, construction, and manufacturing where high-pressure hoses are required.

Operation
When the machine is powered on, a hydraulic pump generates high pressure that drives the crimping dies. The operator places the hose with its fitting into the correct die set. Once positioned, the machine is activated, and the dies close inward, applying uniform radial pressure around the metal ferrule. This pressure compresses the ferrule tightly onto the hose and fitting, locking them together securely. After reaching the required crimp diameter, the pressure is released, the dies open, and the finished hose assembly is removed. The result is a strong, sealed connection capable of handling high pressure without leaking or loosening.
