A steel bar bender is a construction machine used to bend reinforcement steel bars (rebar) into required shapes and angles for structural concrete works. It consists of a heavy-duty base frame, a rotating bending disc or plate, bending pins, an electric motor or hydraulic system, and a control lever or panel. In operation, the steel bar is placed between the bending pin and the rotating disc according to the required bending angle.
