An automatic milk sucking machine (commonly called a milking machine) is a device used to extract milk from dairy animals such as cows or goats in a hygienic, efficient, and automated manner. It is widely used on dairy farms to reduce manual labor and improve milk quality. The main components include teat cups (liners), a vacuum pump, pulsator, milk collection pipes, a claw (cluster), a milk container or pipeline system, and a control unit.

In operation, the machine uses a vacuum system to gently draw milk from the animal’s udder. The teat cups are placed over the teats, and the vacuum pump creates suction. The pulsator alternates between suction and release phases, mimicking the natural suckling action of a calf. This rhythmic action allows milk to flow comfortably while preventing harm to the animal. The extracted milk passes through tubes into a collection container or storage tank. After milking, the system is cleaned and sanitized to maintain hygiene.
