The spiral loading machine is a material handling device designed to lift and transfer bulk materials such as grains, powder, feed, or small solid particles from a lower level to a higher point using a rotating helical screw (auger) enclosed within a tube or trough. It is mainly composed of a hopper, spiral screw conveyor, electric motor, transmission system, and discharge outlet. In operation, materials are fed into the hopper where the rotating spiral screw continuously pushes them along the enclosed casing. The motor drives the screw through a belt or direct coupling, creating a steady upward or horizontal movement depending on the machine design. As the spiral rotates, it conveys the material smoothly to the discharge outlet for collection or transfer to another machine.
