Operation:
The system operates by starting the diesel engine, which drives the alternator through a coupled shaft. As the engine rotates the alternator’s rotor, a magnetic field is created that induces electrical current in the stator windings, generating electricity. Before operation, fuel, engine oil, coolant, and electrical connections should be checked. During operation, the control panel monitors voltage, frequency, oil pressure, and engine temperature to ensure safe and efficient performance. After use, the electrical load should be disconnected and the engine allowed to idle briefly before shutdown to facilitate proper cooling and extend the service life of the equipment.
