JQ 350 / JQ 500 – Description
JQ 350 and JQ 500 are pan-type (forced) concrete mixers used in construction for mixing cement, sand, aggregates, and water into uniform concrete. They have a circular mixing pan with rotating blades that actively mix materials, unlike drum mixers that rely on gravity.
JQ 350: about 350 liters per batch
JQ 500: about 500 liters per batch
These machines are widely used in block making, precast production, and building construction because they provide fast, uniform mixing and high efficiency. They are usually powered by electric motors (sometimes diesel) and have a compact, stable structure.
Operation
The JQ 350 and JQ 500 work on a forced mixing principle:
The machine is switched on, and the mixing blades inside the pan begin rotating.
Materials (cement, sand, aggregates, and water) are added into the pan.
The rotating blades continuously stir, cut, and turn the materials, ensuring quick and uniform mixing.
After the required mixing time (usually around 50–60 seconds), the operator opens the discharge gate.
The mixed concrete is released, and the machine is ready for the next batch.
Key point: Unlike drum mixers, JQ mixers actively force materials to mix, giving better quality and faster results.
