JZC 350 Concrete Mixer – Description

The JZC 350 is a drum-type (gravity) concrete mixer used for mixing concrete in small to medium construction projects. It has a double-cone rotating drum with internal blades that mix materials by lifting and dropping them. The machine has a discharge capacity of about 350 liters per batch and is usually mounted on wheels for easy movement around the site. It is suitable for mixing plastic and semi-dry concrete used in buildings, roads, and bridges.

Operation

The JZC 350 works on a forward and reverse rotation principle:

When the motor rotates the drum forward, the internal blades lift cement, sand, aggregates, and water, allowing them to fall under gravity and mix thoroughly.
This continuous lifting and falling produces a uniform concrete mix.
When mixing is complete, the drum rotation is reversed, which pushes the mixed concrete toward the outlet and discharges it automatically.

This cycle is repeated for each batch, making the machine simple, efficient, and suitable for on-site concrete production.
