A plastic crusher machine is an industrial device used to break down large plastic materials into smaller, manageable pieces for recycling or further processing. It typically consists of a strong steel frame, a feeding hopper, rotating blades (cutters), fixed blades, a crushing chamber, and a discharge screen. The machine is powered by an electric motor and is commonly used in recycling plants, manufacturing industries, and waste management facilities to process items such as plastic bottles, containers, pipes, and packaging materials.

Operation
When the machine is switched on, the electric motor drives the rotating blades inside the crushing chamber at high speed. Plastic waste is fed into the hopper, where it falls into the cutting area. The rotating blades work against stationary blades to cut, shear, and crush the plastic into smaller pieces. A screen at the bottom controls the size of the output, allowing only sufficiently small particles to pass through while larger pieces remain for further crushing.
