JZC 400 Concrete Mixer – Description

The JZC 400 is a drum-type concrete mixer used for mixing concrete on construction sites. It is a gravity (self-falling) mixer with a double-conical rotating drum that mixes materials by lifting and dropping them inside the drum. The “400” indicates a discharge capacity of about 400 liters per batch.

The machine mainly consists of a mixing drum, feeding hopper, electric motor, gear transmission system, water supply system, and supporting frame with wheels. It is usually mobile and can be moved easily around the site. It is widely used in small to medium construction projects such as buildings, roads, and bridges.

Operation

When the machine is switched on, the electric motor rotates the mixing drum through a gear system. Materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and water are loaded into the drum through the hopper.

During mixing, the drum rotates in one direction, and internal blades lift the materials and let them fall under gravity, causing continuous mixing and uniform blending.
After the required mixing time, the drum rotation is reversed.
This reverse rotation pushes the mixed concrete toward the outlet, allowing it to discharge from the drum.

The process is repeated for each batch, producing consistent concrete suitable for construction work.
