Operation
When the machine is started, the electric motor drives the twin shafts inside the mixing chamber. Raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and water are loaded into the mixer through the hopper. As the shafts rotate in opposite directions, the blades continuously mix and throw the materials, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing. After a set mixing time, the discharge gate at the bottom is opened, allowing the mixed concrete to flow out.
