JFA-1 – Description

The JFA-1 is a small mobile concrete mixer powered by a diesel engine, mainly used for mixing concrete materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates on construction sites. It is designed to be portable (wheel-mounted) and can operate in areas without electricity, making it suitable for rural or remote projects.

The machine typically consists of a mixing drum, diesel engine, transmission system, water supply system, and supporting frame with wheels. It is commonly used for small construction works, block making, and on-site concrete production.

Operation

The JFA-1 works on a rotating drum (gravity mixing) principle:

When the diesel engine is started, it drives the mixing drum to rotate.
Materials (cement, sand, aggregates, and water) are loaded into the drum.
As the drum rotates, internal blades lift and drop the materials repeatedly, mixing them thoroughly.
After the required mixing time, the operator opens the discharge outlet, and the mixed concrete flows out by gravity.

The process is repeated for each batch, providing a simple, efficient, and portable solution for concrete mixing, especially where electrical power is not available.
