Operation:
The generator operates by converting the chemical energy of diesel fuel into mechanical energy through the diesel engine, which drives the alternator to produce electrical power. Before starting, the operator should check fuel, engine oil, coolant levels, battery condition, and electrical connections. Once started, the engine runs at a constant speed to maintain the required voltage and frequency output. During operation, the control panel monitors critical parameters such as voltage, frequency, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and engine speed to ensure safe and efficient performance. After use, the electrical load should be disconnected, and the generator allowed to idle for a few minutes before shutdown to facilitate proper cooling and extend equipment service life.
